Straightening Machine

The Straightening Machine delivers precise straightness after processing. For the regular type, straightness is 1mm/m; for the precise type, it is 0.7mm/m. The Straightening Machine features a quick by-pass function to avoid bumping and automatically adjusts roll height.

Pipe Straightening Machine

The Pipe Straightening Machine releases residual stress to prevent straightened steel pipe from becoming bent later. Rotary straightening ensures uniform steel pipe curvature and effectively straightens bent pipes. Straightening roller alignment and misalignment arrangements improve both straightness and ovality of the steel pipe. Key considerations include steel pipe material (yield strength), wall thickness, production line speed, and online or offline operation. The Pipe Straightening Machine is equipped with three roller pairs (three on top, three on bottom) and supports automatic storage, retrieval, and adjustment of straightening roller height and angle. Straightening roller profile design and straightening force calculation capabilities are also available.
